Before deciding on a location, signing a lease, renovating or purchasing a building you will want to make sure that your business location is the right fit. Check with the City’s Planning and Development Services Department on current zoning, land use, allowable uses and requirements for a particular location. The Planning and Development Services Department also issues building permits and sign permits. Obtaining information before your make any key decisions will likely save you time, money and possible headaches further down the road.
